Q. Your mentioned “Client Concierge” guidance. Please describe this type of service and how it benefits the client and project outcome. In our firm, we provide a Client Concierge that acts as a personal guide to assist clients throughout the construction process. This guidance enhances the communication flow between the builder, architect, project manager, client, interior designer, and trusted vendors. The Client Concierge also arranges visits to showrooms for selections. The Client Concierge process has been instrumental in creating a truly memorable building experience.

We sincerely believe that genuine collaboration between the architect, builder, interior designer, and homeowner creates the best experience for everyone involved. This approach provides valued and necessary input, experience, and knowledge from initial design to completion. Q. Mueller Homes has moved to a new location at 202 Legion Avenue, Suite 4, in the hub of the Design District. What’s your next plans? We are excited to be part of the Annapolis Design District and to better serve our clients in this new location! We have also just completed a new book, “Designing & Building A Custom Home: How to Create an Experience You’ll Love to Remember,” which is designed to educate consumers on the custom home-building process, regardless of the builder they choose. We believe that an educated consumer will have the best experience possible, and Mueller Homes is excited to be able to share our 40 years of experience to help consumers make good decisions on that journey.
