GADD members are invited to join us for an inspiring day trip to Washington, D.C. featuring two exciting stops that highlight the best in lighting, architecture, and design!
🕤 Schedule & Transportation
🛋️ First Stop – Lutron Studio (10:30 a.m.)
Enjoy brunch-style refreshments and a private tour of the Lutron Studio, where innovative lighting and shading solutions come to life in a stunning showroom experience.
🏛️ Second Stop – National Building Museum (12:15 p.m.)
At 12:15 p.m., we’ll head to the National Building Museum to explore its galleries until 1:30 p.m., when we’ll enjoy a private docent-led tour. The museum celebrates architecture, design, engineering, and construction through immersive exhibits and hands-on experiences that inspire creativity and curiosity.
🚆 Return Trip
After the tour, attendees can walk back to Gallery Place and return via Metro to New Carrollton — or make their own arrangements if preferred.
